What areas do you serve?
We service all of San Diego County in California. We also serve select commercial clients in Temecula and Los Angeles counties.
Are you licensed?
Yes! We have a license to operate a business in San Diego. We also have a contractors license for water and sandblasting in California. It’s a C-61/D-38 contractors license, and the number is 1041995. You can verify our license at https://www.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/CheckLicense.aspx.
Window Cleaning does not require a contractors license.
Does pressure washing require a license?
Yes, but many companies in California operate without one, unfortunately. Pressure washing falls under California’s license category “C-61 / D38 – SAND AND WATER BLASTING”. A license is required for any pressure washing contract valued at $500 or more. Our license number is 1041995.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have general commercial liability, umbrella policy, automotive liability, and worker’s compensation. We would be happy to provide you with an updated certificate upon request.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Yes. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time/day, there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
What types of clients have you served?
Since 2005, we have served hospitals, offices, restaurants, government agencies, residential clients, HOAs, apartment complexes, hotels, school districts, and more.
Will the rain ruin my clean windows?
Usually not. Rain is deionized and doesn’t leave spots when it dries. Water running down a dirty wall onto a window may leave spots.
Do you offer free rain checks?
Yes! If rain does leave spots on your windows within 7 days after we professionally clean them, we will happily come back and reclean any affected windows.
Do you clean interior and exterior of windows?
Yes, we do! We train all our technicians to manage water inside your home, catch their water as they clean the glass, and ensure no drips are left on your floors.
Will you get my carpet dirty?
No. Our technicians will put on shoe covers before entering your home and ensure no water is dripped as they make your windows sparkle.
I have hard to reach windows. Can you clean them?
Yes! We have an array of all types of ladders, ladders you probably have never seen before. We also use carbon fiber poles to expertly clean windows inaccessible by ladder. We can clean up to 4 stories with ladders and up to 6 stories with our water-fed pole systems.
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
We are often asked this question. The honest answer is it all depends on the user. A hammer can be a dangerous tool in the hand of a novice, but it hits its mark in the hand of a pro. Our technicians have been trained to identify and adapt the distance, angle, and PSI to pressure wash any surface safely and effectively.
Can you remove algae?
Yes. We use a combination of chemicals and pressure to remove algae from a service effectively. The proportion of each depends on the surface we are working on.
Is algae dangerous?
Algae can be dangerous. It can keep a surface moist, which can increase deterioration. If it’s on a walkway, that walkway can become very slippery and potentially cause a fall.
One must also be careful to ensure the algae is not black mold. Black mold brings other very serious respiratory and health risks. Whether algae, mold, black mold, or moss, we can safely and effectively remove it from your building and property.
