Access & parking

Confirm gate codes and access directly with the office—not in public website forms. Tell us about parking or building restrictions.

Move fragile items away from windows where practical. Tell the crew about damaged glass, loose screens, or delicate surfaces.

Secure pets away from work areas and let us know about occupied spaces and access arrangements.

Discuss outdoor furniture, water access, landscaping, and any known leaks or surface damage before washing.

If interior cleaning is included, confirm who will provide access. Exterior-only work may have different arrangements.

Call the office if timing, weather, access, or your requested scope changes.
